Indeed, in learning the English language would be quicker to master and speak fluently when we exercise directly speak English at native speaker environment that every day is using the English language. Incidentally, I stayed a few weeks in the village which has a local language Using in Banyuwangi.
The language is not the language of Java, Madura language even very few words in Indonesian uptake which included my everyday language. But because the daily see people speak Using activity and gradually begin to understand what they say and can even dare to speak little by little everyday language and accent I was influenced their language.

Indeed it is only by chance I could learn the local language different from my everyday language. But that becomes a problem when we want to learn English, but we have trouble is in an environment native speaker unless you have a lot of money and study abroad or you every day was located in a neighborhood native speaker such as your employee in Bali which each day guest serve native speaker.
One way is that we create that environment by establishing a community / learning English club or join a community that already exists. Even better if in it there are some members who have mastered the English language with pronunciation (sound) the same or nearly native speaker so that we can imitate them and, more important is to listen to the correct pronunciation. Another problem is: can the club get together and practice English every day?.
Fortunately, we live in a modern age with the technology that is growing more rapidly and continuously. Now we can use the audio player and listen to the audio files native speaker so you can easily learn the English language. But we have to use the methods and systems that have proven to make learning English more quickly and effectively so they can save time as learning English usually takes quite a long time it proved a lot of us have been learning English since elementary school to college, but most of we are still difficult to speak English.
